I'm Alexandra J. Herndon
After graduating with my BA from Howard University in Economics; I journeyed upon a career as a Program and Training Manager over 15 years ago within the U.S. Department of Defense. Being recognized by my industry colleagues for having a gift for unearthing wisdom, casting vision, and executing in excellence. I realized my approach to enriching client outcomes was unique to the consulting world, leading me to found MMI Consulting Group LLC (MMI) in 2016.
Entrepreneurship, Professional, and Business Development are skills that I’ve been mastering since grade school, as I had a front row seat in seeing it successfully done and participated in the success of numerous entrepreneurs prior to the launch of MMI. We transformed this knowledge into one of the most successful Small Business Development Programs in the District and Nation.
